Compex Mini is a portable electrostimulator that connects to your smartphone.
Compex Mini improves fitness, recovery, pain management, wherever you are.
There are 6 programs: Warm-up, Aerobic Endurance, Resistant Strength, Active Recovery, Muscle Relaxation, Tens / Antalgic.
The goal of the Warm-up program is to increase blood flow to prepare the muscles for physical activity.
The Aerobic Endurance program will help you build endurance by working on slow twitch muscle fibers.
The Resistant Strength option, on the other hand, helps improve muscle tone by working on slow and fast twitch muscle fibers.
Active recovery promotes post-workout recovery by helping to relax muscles and reduce stiffness.
Muscle relaxation relieves muscle tension, promoting relaxation.
The Tens / Antalgic function decreases the intensity of pain.
The Compex app is available for Android and IOS, the battery of the two modules can last up to 6 hours.
